For the second time in this year we have occupied the Žižkov tower

On October 11, 2018, TAKTIK's customers and partners met in the Observatory of the Žižkov Tower for the second time, presenting unique solutions for modern technology suppliers that are characterized by maximum performance, reliability and great savings.

The customers welcomed TAKTIK CEO Petr Belatka and, after a short presentation of the company and its partners, handed the word to Richard Vršník from TAKTIK. In a short introduction, he explained the basic principles of hyperconverged infrastructure as a modern trend in information technology. The words were taken by Adam Marinkowski, Senior Systems Engineer, Nutanix, who described Nutanix technology. Zdeněk Kopta from TAKTIK concluded this presentation with a summary of the advantages of this solution. Another part of the presentation was dedicated to the Palo Alto Networks security solution presented by Peter Lechman and Jakub Jiříček. Hyperconverged secondary storage, its advantages and benefits, was presented by Manlio De Benedetto, Sales Engineering Director of Cohesity. The technical part ended with a description of Tech-Arrow archiving solutions and a live demo by Jozef Végh, founder and CEO of Tech-Arrow.

In the social part, the participants could taste some types of whiskey in addition to a snack, get acquainted with the production technology and other interesting things in the field. The presentation ended in the late evening, when it was possible to see from the observatory of the tower not only the beauties of lit Prague but also part of the ongoing Signal Festival.
